Zaynab Ikaz Kassim is a Nigerian entrepreneur and thought leader with a passion for creating value through business, leadership, and service. She holds a degree in International Relations and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. With experience as a Special Assistant to the former President of Nigeria and a political candidate for the House of Representatives, Zaynab brings real-world experience in governance, leadership, and community development.

She is the founder of Tahzan Ventures, encompassing five business units; Interiors, Smart Solutions, Events, Essentials, and Media. She is also the author of a widely praised book on personal growth and the founder of two nonprofit organizations: Safe Haven and CASAF, both centered around improving the lives of women and children.
